8 years ago, I was the owner of a recruitment agency - an experience that was worth all of the money :)
How I could be valuable to you? It was a lot of times when I was the Lead Technical Recruiter at or helped to start People Department in the EMEA region. I have created strategies, implemented them, and tried to build or improve existed one's Candidate Experience.
Also, I have worked in Web3 Unicorn StartUp Unstoppable Domains.
I have more than 4 years in building from 0 HR Departments and lead teams (4-7 Recruiters)
Now I'm free and without projects. Ready to join on a full-time basis to the product company and oriented only for long-term cooperation. Very responsible, quick learner, prepared for new challenges. Not afraid of challenging tasks.
