I do stuff with content, often with other people involved. You can do all kinds of things with content and I believe I've just about done 'em all. I've produced content, designed it, managed it, showed other people what to do with it, talked to robots about it... I even used to just write it. No joke.

I guess you could say I'm something of a "content manager" and you might even throw an adjective like "digital" or "web" at the beginning of that phrase. The bottom line is I turned my propensity for yapping into a profession.
